The Hotel Príncipe complex comprises 623 rooms in three inter-connected blocks; these create spacious noble areas, salons and a large reception area. Part of the interior decoration is in Arab style. The bedrooms have a terrace and side view to the sea, complete bathroom with hair dreyer telephone, safety deposit box, air conditioning in summer (from July 01 to September 30) and heating in winter. The Principito apartments forming part of this same complex comprise 170 apartments and studios for two to four people; they have a terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. The facilities at the Hotel and at the Apartments can be enjoyed indistinctly by all the complex's guests. The Sol Príncipe hotel is situated on the promenade at Playamar in Torremolinos, right on the sea front. The city of Malaga is just twelve kilometers away and the international airport is at eight kilometers. Within a radius of fifteen kilometers there are three golf courses, and the centre of Torremolinos -heart of the Costa del Sol- is just 1.5 kilometers away. The Sol Principito apartments are situated behind the hotel; access to the beach is by crossing the gardens and the Príncipe hotel.
The restaurant offers magnificent views over the sea and a complete hot and cold buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also two cafeterias with mixed dishes and snacks, two pool-side bars in summer, the "El Turco" piano bar and the "Divania coffe shop? terrace with its orchestra and dancing in summer.
